Hiermit sage ich das geplante Event "SQUAD BAT 21.11.2009" ab.

Begründung:

Team 1 hat es nicht geschafft innerhalb von 10 Tagen einen Einsatzplan im elektronischen Roster einzutragen. Somit liegen keine Slotbelegungen vor.
Ohne eine SLotbelegung kann das Serverwatchtool zwar Punkte berechnen, aber diese nicht zuordnen. Die Zuordnung selbst ist notwendig, damit auf beiden Seiten eine gerechte Verteilung der Flugzeuge möglich ist und somit beide Seiten die selben Chancen haben. Darüber hinaus können nun auch die 16 Maps nicht automatisch generiert werden. Eine händische Erstellung ist aus Zeitmangel nicht möglich.

Durch die nicht erfolgte Matchplanung müsste das Serverwatchtool zurückprogrammiert werden. Dafür habe ich keine Zeit und Rückschritte mache ich (J99°Longarth°) grundsätzlich nicht.

Team 1 wurde mehrmals, zeitgerecht und in geeigneter Form über die Mißstände informiert. Es wurden allen Teams technische Möglichkeiten wie Forum und Teamspeakserver zur Kommunikation zur Verfügung gestellt. Leider wurden diese nicht genutzt.

Die Turnierleitung hat durch Informationsmails und eine Missionsbeschreibung in Englisch und Deutsch den Stand der Dinge kommuniziert.
Leider ohne Erfolg.

I have to cancel the planned "SQUAD BAT event planned for 11/21/2009.

The reasons are following:

Team 1 did not bring up an operational plan, entered in the electronic roster within 10 days.
Therfore there is no slot assignment available.
Without the slot assignment the server-watch-tool can calculate the score but it can't relate them to the pilots.
The assignment of the slots itself is necessary for both sides to make a fair distribution of the planes possible and to guarantee both teams equal chances.
Moreover, the 16 maps could not be generated automatically. A manual creation is not possible due to the lack of time

Due to the failure of the planning server-watch-tool has to be reseted. For that I do not have time and setbacks I (J99 ° Longarth °) generally don't do.

Team 1 was informed several times and intime in an appropriate manner of the abuses.

There were all technical capabilities for communication provided, like forum and teamspeak server. Unfortunately they were not used.

The tournament director has communicated the state of things through an information mail and mission description in english and in german.
Unfortunately, without success.
